How we use it

To respond to partnership applications, quote requests and general enquiries.

To prepare B2B proposals and operate confirmed travel arrangements.

To maintain our records of trade relationships and to send you operational information relevant to bookings.

We do not sell personal data. We do not market to the final travellers who are the clients of our partner agencies.

Sharing

We share data with the local suppliers required to operate a specific journey (hotels, guides, transport providers, domestic airlines) strictly on a need-to-know basis.

We use reputable service providers for website hosting and form processing, who act on our instructions.

Retention

We keep enquiry and partner data for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship, and thereafter as required for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
